What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Studio Alero, delivery times may differ slightly from what you’re used to.
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we’re able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may occasionally arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
If the delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@studioalero.com. We’ll be happy to check the status of your shipment.
I would like to exchange or return my order — how does it work?
To request a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@studioalero.com.

The reason for the return
We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once confirmed, you may return the item using a carrier of your choice.
What are the return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost depends on the carrier you choose. We recommend checking the carrier’s website for exact rates.
What are the return conditions?
A 14-day return period always applies, starting from the day you receive your item.
Returns are accepted only if:

the return period has not expired;

the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached;

the product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via credit card, Bancontact, and Shopify Payments.

What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation email?
This shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@studioalero.com, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
