Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will then be refunded.

Only the return shipping costs from the customer’s address to the online store are the responsibility of the customer. For exact rates, please refer to your carrier’s website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
